All Annual Reviews are usually carried out in each patient’s birth month, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for pre clinic checks, which will be followed up with an appointment either in surgery or over the phone.
Dietician and Podiatrist clinics are held in surgery, appointments are arranged by referral only.
