The practice has surgeries in both Humshaugh and Wark and patients should anticipate being offered an appointment at either site. We offer a full general practice service with regular surgeries by appointment for patients within our practice boundary. 
If you would like to register with us as a regular patient, a registration form is available on the practice website using the link below or from either surgery. You can register with us as a temporary patient if you are visiting the area and require acute care.
