Routine GP telephone and face to face appointments are available. Patients can book this online using patient access, by telephoning reception or in person at the surgery.
If a patient requests a GP appointment reception shall offer the next routine appointment this shall either be with one of the practice GPs or one of the GPs at the HPCA Hub in Corbridge.*
If patient feels they have a problem that cannot wait, there are same week and same day duty doctor options available.
Please be prepared to give the receptionist as much information as possible, as this helps them navigate you to an appointment with the appropriate service or clinician.
